This Privacy Policy explains how The SS Group ("the Company," "we," "us," "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data of its employees, contractors, and authorized personnel ("you," "users") through the internal Task Management Application ("the App").

The App is an internal business tool intended solely for use by authorized employees and personnel of The SS Group for the purpose of assigning, tracking, and managing work tasks. It is not available to the public or to external customers.

This policy is designed to align with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA) and other applicable Indian data protection laws. It supplements, and does not replace, the Company's broader Employee Handbook, IT Usage Policy, or Code of Conduct.

This policy applies to all personal data processed through the App, including data entered by users, data generated automatically by the App, and data derived from use of the App in the course of employment.

It applies to all employees, interns, consultants, and contractors of The SS Group who are granted access to the App ("Users").

Data is stored on specify infrastructure — Company servers / cloud infrastructure provider (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and server location/region.

Access to the App is restricted through specify controls — role-based access control, unique login credentials, single sign-on, etc.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational security measures, including specify measures — encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), access logging, periodic password resets, firewall protections — to protect data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Access to administrative/backend systems is limited to authorized IT personnel only.

While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, no system can be guaranteed 100% secure. Users are expected to safeguard their own login credentials and report any suspected unauthorized access immediately to IT contact.

Employee Monitoring Disclosure
